UFCW 1006A members at Brown’s Plus+ Inc have ratified a new union contract.
The term of the contract is January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2027 and covers 16 members who work as cooks and general help in the cafeteria at the Canadian Army base in Meaford, Ontario.
“I’m proud to congratulate our members at Brown’s Plus+ Inc on their new union contract and recognize our negotiating committee for their hard work and commitment,” said President Wayne Hanley. “As always, our negotiating committees’ strength and success comes from the unity and participation of the membership. ”
The negotiating committee included members, Pamela Mazzotta, Kathleen Rowbotham and Union Representatives, Kallisha Hoyes and Greg Penner.
