With a bouncing castle, potato sack race, and an all-you-can-eat BBQ, UFCW Canada Local 1000A welcomed members to the London Family & Friends Picnic on July 6.
Members brought children and grandchildren along to the event at Springbank Park.
UFCW Canada Local 1000A welcomed 1,100 members, family members and friends to Wild Water Kingdom for its annual Members’ Day.
The event drew members from across Southern Ontario from a variety of workplaces and sectors.
“We had a great time,” said Alicia Wynn, who works at Kretschmar.
On August 10, Local 1000A hosted it's last community picnic of 2013 at Boyd Conservation Area near Toronto. In addition to games for adults and children, the picnic featured an all-you-can-eat BBQ. Thanks to all the volunteers and participants who made the picnic such a success!
