Our local union is participating in pride events across Ontario.
The local union's OUTreach committee is involved in planning our participation in these events. Brockville Pride - June 7 (Thank you to all who attended!)

Kingston Pride - June 14 (Pride Parade - Memorial Centre Track - Ontario Street from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.) Look for the gold UFCW 1006A flags.

Toronto Pride - June 27-29
The main Pride Parade takes place on Sunday, June 29.
Meeting location: Join us on Sunday, June 29 from 12 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Union Street Fair Booth on Church Street (between Wood St. and Carlton St.) to pick up your pride t-shirt and sunglasses (available only at the booth) prior to the march. We will then all walk together to the start of the parade.
Alternatively, you can meet us at 1 p.m. at the start of the parade at Alymer Avenue and Yonge Street. Look for the gold UFCW 1006A flags. Members are welcome to bring their friends, co-workers and family.
In addition, our Street Fair Union Booth, with information and union swag, will be running on Saturday, June 28 and Sunday, June 29.
